Hum kis gali ja rahe hai.....

28th July'2003.I was in the office of limbdi hostel filling the form for room allotment.
22nd April'2007.Today,almost four years have passed and it seems only few days back.We all met here and spend the most beautiful part of our lives together with so many ups and downs.Isn't it great how we have grown from being perfect strangers to who we are today.It seems that we were made to be here together.Everybody was from a different place and different family but for these four years ITBHU was our place and we were together,the family.Everybody brought their culture here with them but now we all have one and we will be carrying it to the rest of our lives.
Everybody is unique in his/her own way here,which adds to the diversity of our branch.Well,nobody needs an introduction here and one can always get the testimonials on orkut but I would like to say a few words for everyone(maybe,you will not find these things in the testimonials)....

Shubhra...she was among the top 750 of the selected candidates in the IIT-JEE(2003),one can imagine the IQ level she possesses.She is soft spoken and she always seems sorted out.Being not a GAMCHA resident,I do not know other details but I wish you every luck for your future...:)
Patel babu..people say he is "MIND BLOWING".Well,he is in everysense..:)He is very hardworking and a very helpful guy.He is very dedicated towards department n stuffs like that.He is very popular among juniors and seniors.It's no wonder that after few years,if at some place some body asks me "which batch are you from??". I'll say "cse 2007" and the other person will say "Ohh...you mean Patel's batch"...:D
Harshit...very few people are there whose decisions affect the decision of many other's.He is one of them.The reason behind it is that,he is always very accurate(Campus placements are perfect example,he did it twice in his first shots only).He thinks in only one way and that is the right way.
Ashish goyal...he is the most popular student of our batch,"within" our batch.A very enthusiastic person and very fond of singing popular songs but with a little bit of change in lyrics so that he can freely exercise his vocal chords.He always exudes a positive energy.
Harsh Gupta...though we are not close friends but close enough to have a good friendship.I mean to say that we do not share much time with each other but we hang out well.He is a cartoon freak and NFS bond.He also plays guitar.Well,he seems lazy but I wonder how he getsthe spirit to play basketball,lawntennis,badminton,cricket,etc....:)
Mandeep...want to irritate someone???..he is the right guy to contact.It happens that sometimes you feel itchy in your hand,especially when you want to thrash someone,he can make you feel like that anytime.A cricket freak.Apart from this,he is brilliant.It is sufficient to say that,he is youngest of all and was a fresher.
Gaurav Dhingra...there is a very good probability that he must be singing a song and imitating like playing a guitar or so.Sorry,I missed to introduce his dance steps,with the most fierce movements.Jokes apart,everbody knows that he is the most kind of all of us,who is always there for everyone,right from patel to bapu.
Ritesh...candyman..ab lag gaya...he possesses a very innocent look that add's to the disguise and people underestimate him but believe me,at every instant of time there is some mischevious thought originating in some corner of his mind.People say,size does matter,you will have to give a serious thought to this statement after meeting him...BHAI,maaf kar dena...:)
Gaurav Dixit...he doesn't interact too much and not with everyone.He is a great follower of "Amitesh Mani".A cricket freak.Also,he is a fantastic player of UT,but it seems that his talent is overshadowed by the presence of Mani and Abhay.
Abhishek...he is brilliant and very practical.Whatever he does,he always finds an edge over others.Never saw him loosing temper.Very few people know that he got through a drastic transformation during these years that leads him to find an edge(or a corner) over others..samjhdar ke liye ishara kafi hai..;)
Harsh Panwar...the most disciplined man of our batch,almost as disciplined as a soldier.A very patient member.He seems too slow in each of his acts,but that's only a disguise.He is like a dark horse,who is so ahead that you can't even realize.Also,he has a keen interest in military,army and stuffs like that.
Abhay...the story is different altogether with this guy.He has been with too many up and downs and still he is courageous enough to continue.What,I mean to say is,had there been any one else instead of him,he would have given up.But,now it seems he is getting sort of used to it.I wish you luck that the next journey of ur life goes on smoothly.
Saurabh Sharda...he is a very nice friend to have.It's quite strange for us that how can someone be so committed for,what is his passion.He has changed a lot,from who he was two years back.Now,he seems more determined and disciplined.We also had some bitter moments in the past but we came out good and I find it part of our friendship and our bond is much more stronger now...:)
Protonu Basu...there is not a single story travelling across the hostel lobby that does not have a contribution of this man and he does this so innocently that you wouldn't even know.Also,he is a very popular guy(talking about whole IT).But,the unique thing is that he is popular among boys(yes guys,what you are thinking may be right..:O).I tell u seriously,if there is a poll for any post or whatever,he will have a complete majority.
Ravish...I like you and I love you...a very dynamic personality.Dynamic,this word can be applied to every aspect of his personality.Especially,when he talk's,I think he is stupendously hilarious.Apart from this,he is a guy with lots of guts.We had an amazing time on the Sikkim tour.I wish you every luck for what you are aimimg for...:)
Nitesh...gentleman of our branch.He has limited but sufficient interacation with everyone in the batch.Nobody,ever had any kind of problem with him,as he can't cause one.I respect him as a friend.We are from the same family background,so we have a better undersatnding.One quality of his that he likes too is that,he is a patient listener,I know you are smiling buddy..:)
Vinit...I seriously have fun when I am with him.One of my best friends from the batch.We had an amazing time in Delhi during our internship.He is very caring and helpful,always in jolly mood.And, a very stylish and colourful person.I am sure we will enjoy and have fun in Bangalore too..:)
Saurabh Sachdev...chhoooo sweeeet....I know he must be thinking "maine aisa KYUN bola??".He is a very sensible guy with the possesion of a friendly aura.He is always very patient,got a beautiful heart and he is too good to listen.He is also a very good dancer and has got a very creative mind.
Amitesh..."patna se hain ji...".Everybody in our batch admires him.All of us are going to be engineers in few days but he was an engineer before he arrived here.What I mean to say is that he has got an engineers mind.He is very polite and soft spoken.His room is one of the major BC centres,though he manages well with his studies.He is very fond of computer games.
Tarun...i was waiting for this column to arrive...believe me,he can pull ur legs even on your minutest mistakes that you can not even think in the scariest of your dreams.He can not sleep unless and until he is done with this leg pulling of someone.And,i tell you what led him to this habit is his two innocent neighbours(in the hostel) who were always there during these years for him.
Mayank Maheshwari...hat's off to you "DOODE"...after so much cajoling by your so called neighbour "mittal sahab",you are still smiling.I sometimes wonder whether he haunts you in your dreams or not.Maybe this is because you have so many doubts today..:D....I wish you every luck for your further studies and future.
Nimish..."come on,at least take BATH today.Since when,you are worried about scarcity of WATER"...very very innocent...a unix bond.He is very childish.In fact,everyone finds enough courage to piss him off.But,he is a very nice guy,very unselfish.Always ready to help.And always concerned about his physique.
Abhijeet...people say he is cool,smart and other things,you can always get the testimonials on orkut.But,what nobody said about him was that,this guy has some amazing fantasies about girls.
They are really scary,atleast for girls..."YAAAHOOOO"!!chahe koi mujhe jungli kahe....:D
Priya...PG...people say she is famous for her PJ's,they are fairly right.It was clear enough on our educational tour.Same as in the case of Shubhra I am not going further and I wish you lot's of luck for your future.
Rajeev...Once,few of us were on a trip to vaishno devi with him.He told us on the way that he is the most kind and polite boy of his locality.We all burst into laughter,though we were scared but we were pretty sure that by the time he will get what is happening,we will be done.Then and there only,I tried to make pictures of the boy's of his locality in my mind,they were really scary...:D
Shiv....the only "JAT" of our batch.We always hear so many different things about this creature of GOD and most of them are funny enough.But,it's very different to be with one of them.He gave us some rib tickling moments during these four years.It was a kind of privilege to have him in our batch and have the experience of being with a "JAT".
Mayank tripathi...some people find him difficult,may be he is a dificult person but as far as I am concerned,I am pretty comfortable with him.I shared some very good time with him in second year and also we share some secrets as well.He is a very good friend of mine.In fact,he is one of the very few persons from the batch whom my father knows very well.
Ashish Maurya....there are some words which can not be defined in a unique way,everybody will have a different interpretaion,but you can always relate it to something that suits best to the meaning of it.So,we call him a "GEM".
Ankit...somebody is having a competitor here in context of PJ's.But,at least his timing is superb.Also,he did a great job as our tpr...seriuosly nobody of us thought that we will would pass through our campus placements so smoothly especially after that ever haunting training scenario...Ok,now somebody is really getting pissed off.Basu,you too did a great job as tpr...:).Thanks to both of you for ur efforts.
Vijendra...he is not much in intearction with everyone.It seems he enjoys being in solitude.But,he is very co-operating.He is a very good player of cricket and possesses a very good knowledge of it.We had played mamy matches together.I wish you loads of luck for your future...:)
Anupam...everybody in our batch must have enjoyed the educational tour,an unforgettable part of our graduation.To tell you,it was only possible because of his very sincere efforts.We all should thank him for this.Apart from this,he is a very good dancer and badminton player.He is fun loving and and a gud company to have to party.
Pranab...pony...and ...here comes another story,with lots and lots of spices contained in it,with the most amazing twist amd turns,and with the description of almost a script.You can always imagine a movie out of his tale.Apart from this,he is a true sportperson;he plays football,cricket,T.T.,lawn tennis,etc.Also,he is obsessed with FIFA.
Simanta...one of the most handsome member of our branch...He possesses a very sexy figure and is very athletic.He is very good at impressing others.According to pony(in correspondence to the above discussion about him),he has some kind of quality of inducing others,almost hypnotizing someone.So, you can imagine what a personality he is.Also,he is very unselfish and a patient member.
Utkarsh...HARE RAMA HARE KRISHNA...he is a member of ISKCON family and a follower of LORD KRISHNA.We all are used to read his notes,so our whole branch owes him in this context.He is addicted to tea/coffee.It is sufficient to say that,he is one the very few persons in the history of ITBHU,who is ten pointer.HARE RAMA HARE KRISHNA.
Vivek...what is he doing...oh,I get it..must be eating something...he is a branch changer but he was truly discovered on the educational tour...we had an amazing experience with him at that time.He is a very hygienic and this can be concluded after having a glance of his room.Few of us have some fantasies to be practiced in his room.Don't mind buddy,everything is cool...:)
Ashutosh...chatu...you will always find him smiling,no matter what.He is very innocent and polite.Friendly with everyone and is known for his PJ's.He is the cynosure of all the eyes of each and every prof of our department.Believe me,I am not exaggerating.Also,he is the topper of our branch,which supports my previous statements about him.I wish you luck for your further studies...:)
Niraj...bapu...he is a very reserved guy,interacts with very few guys only unless and until it is required.He is a bit shy,I suppose.According to me,he always seems scared and lazy.He is fond of reading novels.He is the one who made our batch special as very few batches have tech-father(acc to ITBHU's terminology) and his tech-son both.

We are on the verge of beginning of a new journey of our life.I congratulate you all for having such fantastic jobs.Amid all the sweet and exciting memories,I wish you all lot's and lot's of luck for future.I will miss these days and you all.At this point of time,I would like to quote some names whom I will miss the most,they are, Harshit,Dhingra,Abhishek,Sharda,Nitesh and Ankit.
Now,I am the only one in my batch who is a local guy.So, I was supposed to be a good host.I tried my level best but still I apologize if at any point of time,somebody was offended by any of my acts,comments,etc;please forgive me.I also apologize on behalf of this city and the peoples living here, if any one of you had any bad experience during these years.But,I am sure everyone of you must have at least few sweet memory of this place and will feel nostalgic afterwards.As far as I am concerned,I love this city.I spend my childhood here,grew up here and nothing could have been better to spend my last few years with you guys.I have passion for this city,people say it is dusty,I'll say..."I love the dust too"..:)

Well,I know few guys must be feeling ticklish in their groin,to thrash me with their exclusive expletives...:D
This is my first effort here,so please ignore the mistakes if any and comments are heartly invited...:D
